Do I need to register?

No, we do not require our visitors to register with Pink & Paisley. You may make your purchase and check out as a guest without creating an account. However, in order to communicate with you with regarding your order, we do require your email address and telephone number in addition to shipping and billing information. If you do wish to create an account you can view your order history and account settings as well as easily store your primary and gift shipping addresses for a faster checkout experience.

How do I create an account?

We offer you two ways to create an account at Pink & Paisley. With both methods you will need to first click on the SIGN IN or MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of any page. If you wish to create a unique password that is used only at our site, then at the SIGN IN page, click Create an account. You can create an account by providing your email address and a password of your choice. Once your account is created, you can edit your account information, view your order history, and enter your primary and gift shipping addresses to experience a faster checkout. You can also sign in to Pink & Paisley by simply using your Facebook credentials. To connect with Facebook, at the SIGN IN page, click the F-Connect button. If you are not connected to Facebook when you click the button, a window will pop up requesting your Facebook sign in details. If you are already logged onto to Facebook at the time you click the F-Connect button, our site will recognize the connection and automatically redirect you to a new account page. You can then proceed to edit your account information and experience the benefits of member shopping.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

No worries. We all forget sometimes. Click on the SIGN IN tab at the top of any page. On the left side of the page is a link for Forgotten password. Click the link and it will redirect you to a page where you can provide us with the email address connected to your account. We will email you a temporary password that you can use to access your account. You can then follow the prompts to reset your password. Please note that we do not store your Facebook password. If you have used Facebook connect to solely create your account and have forgotten your Facebook password, you must contact Facebook directly to have it reset.

How do I change my password?

In order to change your password you will have to first sign in to Pink & Paisley. Click the MY ACCOUNT tab from the top of any page. Sign in as you normally would. Once you are inside your account, click Account Information from the left side navigation. Under Account information you will see a link that says "Change Password". Change your settings to a password of your choice. Save your changes by clicking on SUBMIT before leaving the page.

How do I make changes to my account profile?

You must be signed in to make changes to your account profile. Click MY ACCOUNT and sign in if you are not already signed in. You can edit any of your settings from the Account overview page directly by clicking any of the "edit" links or by clicking Account Information from the left navigation.

How to place an order

We are thrilled that you've visited us. Shopping with us is just as easy. Use the links for HOT PINK, BAGS, ACCESSORIES, and JEWELRY to peruse our collections and find your fashion muse. If you know what you are looking for you can simply read the short descriptors for any of the products by hovering over the images. Click ADD TO BAG, then click SHOPPING BAG (at the top of any page) to review your bag contents. For products that require additional selections, such as size or color, you will only see a VIEW DETAILS button on the product's short description. Select your size and/or color choice on the product's detail page and click ADD TO BAG to add to your shopping cart. The product's detail page also includes additional information on item size, care, and material/finish. Review your order on the SHOPPING BAG page, then click the PROCEED TO PURCHASE button to checkout via a secure payment gateway. Happy Shopping!

All in stock orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours and you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

How do I unsubscribe from email updates?

Joining our email is your choice. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from our email list, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails and we will remove you from our list.

What is Facebook Connect?

Facebook connect is an easy way for you to create an account at Pink & Paisley without having to create yet another username and password that you'll have to remember. With one click of the F-Connect button, you can simply log in using your exisiting facebook account credentials. Pink & Paisley values your privacy. We do not have access to your Facebook password and do not store your Facebook account password or information on our site. We simply use it to greet you by name everytime you visit and to open your account which you can populate and edit with shipping information and other other details to make your checkout process faster.

How can I share all my great Pink & Paisley finds with my friends?

Find the items you love and click on the "VIEW DETAILS" button to learn more about the product. To share a link to the product page and discuss with your friends, simply click the SHARE link on any product details page and choose the way you'd like to share. You can send an email or post on many social networking sites.

Do you take returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns of merchandise for 30 days from the date of shipping. If returned within the first 15 days, we will also refund your return shipping. To request a return, please contact us for a return authorization number and we will email you a shipping label. In order to be accepted, returned merchandise should be shipped back with all original packaging. Please be sure to cover old address labels.

Do you charge sales tax?

Pink & Paisley is registered in the state of Illinois and as such charges taxes to residents of the state of Illinois in accordance with the law. As governing state laws change with regard to online sales we are mandated to follow individual and state regulations. Tax can be estimated by entering your shipping information on the shopping bag review page and then is calculated and added to your purchase upon checkout.
