Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it’s not quite what you’d hoped, return it to us within 15 days of the ship date and we’ll refund the return shipping cost. To qualify for this offer, your return must arrive at Pink & Paisley within this 15 day window. Returns made after this timeframe are subject to a $12 shipping charge which will be deducted from your refund. This offer applies only to items sold at original price and is not valid for sale merchandise.

Occasionally, we offer sale and/or final sale merchandise. Sale items may be returned. Items noted as final sale may not be returned but may be exchanged (within 15 days ONLY). A $12 shipping charge applies to exchanges of all sale and final sale merchandise.

To request a return, please call us at 1-800-689-1364, and we will send you a return label which you simply affix to the box in which you originally received the merchandise and drop it off to your local post office or UPS store to be returned it to us. Please be sure to cover old shipping labels.

Pink & Paisley takes great care in packaging your gift purchase. This complimentary service is available on all in-stock merchandise and includes our gorgeous custom made boxes which are stuffed with our signature paisley print tissue and tied up with beautiful ribbon. At your request, we will also include a handwritten note to your recipient.
